Its chemical composition: C is less than or equal to 0.28, and MN is less than or equal to 1.40. The yield strength (MPA) of the first-class product is greater than or equal to 414, and the tensile strength (MPA) is greater than or equal to 547. The yield strength (MPA} of the second-class product has a minimum value of 414, and the tensile strength (MPA) of the second-class product has a maximum value of 565.
