1. Before installing, check the sealing surface and gasket to avoid affecting the sealing performance.


2. When connecting, the flanges should be kept parallel and the deviation should not bigger than 1.5/1000 of the outer diameter of the flange, and should be less than 2mm. Do not use strong bolts to eliminate skew.


3. The plane of the flange should be perpendicular to the axis of the spiral steel pipe. The fillet welds on the inner side of the flat-welded flange should not be missed and and remember to remove the impurities such as oxides after welding.


4. The gasket should be a full circle, the inner diameter should be 2-3mm bigger than the inner diameter of the flange.


5. The flanges should be in the same specification, the bolts should be installed in the same direction and the tightening bolts should be symmetrical and evenly tightened. The bolt should expose 2-3 pitches of the nut.
